Congratulations Emmett School District On your Ribbon Cutting!!

“Emmett School District is a community institute that ensures all students are prepared to successfully pursue their chosen paths and become productive, responsible citizens in a changing global society.” With this vision in mind, the Emmett School District is committed to developing and supporting our instructional leaders. They provide in-district coaching and support of new staff, as well as, providing funding for educational credits and working to provide opportunities for the staff to grow both locally and at the national level. Emmett School District continues to collaborate with others in and out of our community to ensure a culture of excellence in teaching and learning.  “Through effective leadership and collaboration with all stakeholders, the Emmett School District will prepare each student for success in the 21st century by utilizing recognized and innovative best educational practices in challenging, rigorous courses of study. “We believe that students learn best in a safe, positive, comfortable, orderly, and creative/reflective environment. The expectation of all sites to be safe and orderly is foundational to a quality educational program. Curriculum decisions need to be the responsibility of the district. State standards, testing expectations, and state/federal mandates will be used as resources to make district standards, curriculum, and decisions, but will not be the only consideration. Quality curriculum must be developed and followed to assure continuity of instruction at all levels for all students.”
