Emmett City Business Burglary Suspects Located
On August 15th Emmett Police Detectives were able to identify two juvenile suspects in the recent business burglaries.
Starting on June 13, 2013 at least 10 separate businesses within Emmett and a few in other jurisdictions had been broken into with a variety of items being taken.
Officers were able to use information from our citizens and evidence collected at the scenes to help identify the suspects.
No official charges have been filed against the suspects at this time and it is anticipated that reports will be submitted to the Gem County Prosecutor the first of next week. Even though the suspects are not in custody on these charges, precautions are in place to help keep our community safe.
Due to the age of the suspects and the continued investigation of possible other suspects, many details are not able to be released at this time.
