The Emmett Cherry Festival is free to attend; open to the public with no "gate" or fee to enter.

2010 ENTERTAINMENT/ PERFORMING ARTS APPLICATION

Cherry Festival fans come prepared for fun! You are welcome to bring your blankets and chairs to stake out a claim for the entertainment. No coolers are allowed in the park and outside food and beverages are not encouraged.

No smoking is permitted in the bandshell area as it is a family-friendly "close quarters" space where we are all sitting around together enjoying the entertainment. Be kind to your neighbors and smoke away from the crowds.

One of the Emmett Cherry Festival favorites is the Gem Cloggers. Performing daily, the Gem Cloggers have won championships on a National level. Kids of all ages come out to perform with mom, dad, grandma and grandpa clapping along.

A true crowd-pleaser, the Gem Cloggers will return this year for the enjoyment of young and old alike.

Another annual favorite, the Old Time Fiddlers, always play at the Emmett Cherry Festival prior to heading to the Weiser Fiddle Festival.

There are always group numbers and specialty solos to enjoy.

Many a State Champion has graced the stage of the Emmett Cherry Festival over the years.
