Of life's many, many pleasures, surely high on the list is a beautiful, peaceful and enjoyable park setting.

Emmett and Gem County parks are a wonderful place to find a shade tree, spread out a blanket and read a book; play a game of soccer, frisbee or softball; gather the family for a fun-filled picnic or take a leisurely walk with your dog.

Many community, organizational and private events are held in the various parks throughout the year.
